Sera is Dipity Digital LLC's AI assistant for founders. When you opt in to the Sera SMS program, you may receive conversational text messages from Sera, including discovery interview questions about your business, replies to questions you send, account notifications, and confirmations for phone calls you request.
You opt in to Sera SMS inside the Sera web application (Settings → SMS), where you enter your phone number and explicitly confirm consent to receive text messages, or by texting START to our number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your conversations with Sera. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to re-subscribe.
