Effective date: July 7, 2026
Dipity Digital ("Dipity", "we", "us") operates this website (dipity.studio) and Sera, our content platform at sera.dipity.studio (together, the "Services"). This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: morgan@dipity.digital.
Website visitors. When you browse dipity.studio we collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page — and use cookies for analytics that help us understand how the site is used. Forms you submit (such as our contact form) collect the information you enter.
Sera accounts. When you create a Sera account — with an email address or by signing in with Google — we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. Sera stores the content you create and upload (drafts, posts, documents, images, audio, video) along with the schedules and settings you configure.
Connected accounts. If you choose to connect third-party accounts inside Sera (such as Google or a social publishing service), we store the credentials needed to act on your behalf, encrypted at rest, and the data those services return.
Signing in to Sera with Google shares only your name, email address, and profile picture with us. Separately, you may choose to connect your Google account inside Sera to power specific features. That optional connection requests the following access, used solely to provide the features described:
Sera's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and humans do not read it except with your permission, for security purposes, or as required by law. You can disconnect Google at any time from Sera's settings or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We rely on a small number of infrastructure and processing providers, and share data with them only as needed to provide the Services: website and application hosting (Webflow, Vercel), database infrastructure (Supabase), AI generation providers used to create content you request (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs), media processing services used to produce clips and renders you request (such as Creatomate and OpusClip), publishing services you connect (such as Typefully), and email/SMS delivery (Resend, Twilio). Each provider processes data under its own contractual obligations to us.
If you opt in to text messaging from Sera, we collect your phone number and your messaging consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Full program terms are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual content at any time inside Sera. To delete your account and its data entirely, email morgan@dipity.digital and we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Encrypted database backups roll off automatically on a short cycle.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Data is encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers, third-party credentials are additionally encrypted at the application layer, and access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel. Workspace data is isolated per customer with database-level access policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email morgan@dipity.digital — we honor these requests for all users regardless of location.
Our Services are business tools and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify active customers by email before the changes take effect.
