Flows_

Flows study your work and execute your expertise.

Flows are the always-on workers Sera runs for you. Each one owns its jobs, runs on its own schedule and reports back for your approval.

How they work_

You set the goal. Flows do the rest.

Tell Sera what you want in plain words. Relay turns the goal into a multi-step plan and hands each step to the right flow. Nothing with your name on the work ships without your approval.

01

Name the goal, Relay plans

“Get me on three podcasts.” Relay plans each step.

02

Flows run

Each step runs on schedule, even while you're offline.

03

You approve

Work lands in your chat, queue, Newsroom or Google Docs.

Meet the flows_

Five flows. Each one owns its jobs.

Every workspace starts with five flows. Relay coordinates the other four, and you add custom flows for any job you describe in plain words, up to eight in all. Pause any flow with one switch, and turn the flow back on the same way.

Relay

Coordinator. Owns your goals and weekly interview. Turns goals into plans and hands work to each flow. Lands on Home and in your queue.

Scout

Research. Owns research on request and a weekly competitor watch on people and markets. Lands in the Research tab and Google Docs.

Quill

Content. Owns your weekly batch of posts and a monthly brand refresh with fresh hooks and buyer language. Lands in your content queue.

Echo

Engagement. Owns replies to comments on your X posts, your X DMs and press requests worth a quote from you. Lands in your comment queue.

Wire

Newsroom. Sweeps the news on your topics every morning, ranks it and flags the stories worth a take. Lands in Newsroom and your chat.

A week with your flows_

Your week, handled before you log in.

Each flow runs on its own schedule and reports where you already work. Here is a normal week for a founder on the Standard plan. You spend about ten minutes talking and a few minutes approving.

Monday

Relay plans the week from your goals. Scout drops a competitor report into Google Docs.

Tuesday

Your weekly interview by phone. New notes land in your second brain.

Wednesday

Quill's batch waits in your queue, voice-scored and ready to approve.

Every day

Wire ranks the morning's news, and Echo drafts replies to your comments and DMs. Monthly, Quill suggests fresh hooks and buyer language from what worked.

Hand-offs_

Flows pass work to each other.

Ask Quill to "draft three posts from Scout's report" and the report goes along with the job. The chat shows who handed what to whom, so you follow every step.

Your research turns into posts without you copying a single line.

Routines_

Show Sera a task once. She repeats the task on schedule.

Routines are browser tasks you show Sera one time, such as pulling this week's X analytics. She records the clicks and steps, then repeats them on a schedule in her own cloud browser.

The busywork you do every Friday becomes a routine.

Frequently Asked Questions

Flow questions.

Updated as the product ships. If yours is not here, ask Sera in chat.

01

What is an SI agent, and how is a flow different from a chatbot?

A chatbot waits for you to type and answers one question at a time. A flow is an always-on SI worker with a standing job, such as research, drafting or replies, and a schedule for the job. Sera, your SI chief of staff, assigns the work, checks each result and sends you what needs approval. You get finished work in your queue instead of a blank chat box.

02

Do I need to manage each flow myself?

No. Relay, your coordinator flow, turns your goals into plans and hands each step to Scout, Quill, Echo or Wire. You set goals in plain words and approve any work with your name on the line. Each flow has one switch to pause the flow and its own panel showing what ran and when.

03

When do Sera's flows run?

Each job keeps its own schedule. Relay plans from your goals every Monday at 7 am by default, Wire sweeps the news once a day, and Quill drafts your weekly batch on the cadence you pick. Scout runs research when you ask and checks competitors weekly. You change any schedule from the Flows page.

04

Where does the finished work show up?

Work lands where you already look. Drafts go to your content queue, replies go to your comment queue, news goes to Newsroom and research goes to the Research tab and Google Docs. Sera also posts a short note in your chat when a flow finishes, so you never hunt for the work.

05

Which social channels does Sera post to?

Sera schedules and publishes X posts, threads and X Articles, plus posts on your blog. LinkedIn posts are fully drafted, edited and scheduled through LinkedIn's official API after you approve them.

06

Will a flow ever post without my approval?

Only if you turn on autopilot. By default every post, reply and graphic waits for your approval in a queue. With autopilot on, Sera posts inside the guardrails you set, such as posting times, topics to avoid and how often she replies.

07

How do I build my own flow?

Add a custom flow, describe its job in plain words and pick the skills the flow uses, such as web research, drafting or Google Sheets. A workspace holds up to eight flows, Relay included. Custom flows follow the same approval rules as the starter team.
