Sera uses secure, managed sign-in. You can sign in three ways, reset your password yourself, and verify your phone so Sera recognizes you when you text or call. This page also covers team roles and signing out.

Sign in

Go to sera.dipity.studio/login and choose one:

• Google: click the Google button and pick your account. If you signed up with Google, keep using it.
• Email and password: enter your details and click Sign in.
• Magic link: click Use a magic link instead, enter your email and click Send magic link. Open the email and click the link. No password needed.

Reset your password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email. Sera sends you a secure reset link.
3. Open the link and choose a new password.

If a link has expired, request a new one.

Verify your phone number

‍

A verified number lets Sera recognize you when you call or text, and stops any other account from claiming it. It is also needed before Sera can text you.

1. Go to Settings → Train Sera → Text reminders & caller ID. You can also do this during onboarding.
2. Enter your mobile number. To get texts from Sera, check the consent box.
3. Click Send code. Sera texts you a 6-digit code that expires after 10 minutes.
4. Enter the code. Your status changes to verified.

Each number can belong to only one Sera account. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, and START to turn them back on. See Texting & Calling Sera.

Invite your team

‍

Owners and admins invite teammates from Settings → Members. Seats are unlimited and share one credit pool. Enter an email address and choose a role:

• Admin: members, billing, settings and integrations, plus everything a member can do.
• Member: create, edit, approve and publish content.
• Viewer: read-only access.

The workspace owner has the same controls as an admin. Inviting teammates needs a confirmed email address on your account.

Sign out

‍

Open the name menu at the bottom of the left rail and click Sign out. This ends your session on the current device only.

Good to know

‍

• Only owners and admins can manage billing, change the Brand, connect integrations and switch Sera to an auto-publish mode.
• Use a strong, unique password, or sign in with Google.
