Sera is one plan. You pick how many credits it includes each month. One credit is worth $0.25. Chat, interviews, voice and the Newsroom are free within fair use. Credits pay for approved posts, media and autonomous work. Manage everything in Settings → Billing. Owners and admins only.

• $50 a month: 200 credits (Solo).
• $75 a month: 300 credits.
• $100 a month: 400 credits (Most popular).
• $200 a month: 800 credits (Power user).
• $300 a month: 1,250 credits (Small team).
• $500 a month: 2,100 credits.
• $750 a month: 3,200 credits.
• $1,000 a month: 4,400 credits (Scale up).
• $2,000 a month: 9,000 credits.
• $3,000 a month: 14,000 credits (Mid-market).
• Enterprise: custom volume and invoiced billing. Contact sales.

What is free

‍

Chat, interviews, voice and the Newsroom, within fair use. Drafting is free too, up to 20 drafts a day.

What costs credits

‍

Posts are charged when you approve a draft, not when Sera writes it:

• X or LinkedIn post: 1.5 credits. X thread: 3. Blog: 25.

Media is charged per generation:

• Image: 5, or 7.5 for a cinematic-style image. Design: 3.
• Video render: 20. AI video: 50. Premium AI video: 75. Faceless video: 30.
• Video clips: about 5 per source minute. Newsroom top clips: 2 per clip.
• Sera Notetaker: about 0.4 per meeting minute.

Autonomous work:

• X auto-reply: 1. Auto-DM: 1.5.

Fair use for chat and voice

‍

Each month your plan includes free chat turns and voice minutes: 2 chat turns and 0.4 voice minutes per $1 of plan price. A $100 plan includes 200 chat turns and 40 voice minutes. After that, a chat turn is 1 credit and a voice minute is 2.5 credits.

Rollover and top-ups

‍

• Unused plan credits roll over for one billing cycle, up to one month's allotment.
• Buy a top-up from $10 to $5,000 at your plan's rate. Top-up credits last 12 months.
• Auto-recharge is optional. Set a threshold, a recharge amount and a monthly cap. It needs your consent and never goes past your cap.
• The Billing tab shows your plan, rolled-over and top-up credits, and which are used first.

Change or cancel your plan

‍

Click Manage subscription to change your size or cancel. Click Update card & invoices to change your card or download invoices.

‍

If your card is declined

‍

Owners get an email and a text with a link to update the card. You keep access and can use the credits you have. New monthly credits arrive once the payment goes through.

Teams

‍

Every plan includes unlimited seats on one shared credit pool. Agencies and organizations can run several workspaces, each with its own credit limit.
