Your Brain, drafts and recordings belong to you. This page explains how Sera protects them, what controls you have over publishing, and how to export or delete your data. You own your content

‍

You own what you put into Sera and what Sera produces for you. Dipity uses your content to run the service for you, which includes sending it to the AI and media providers that power each feature. We do not sell your data.

How your data is protected

‍

• All traffic is encrypted in transit, and data is encrypted at rest.
• Credentials for connected accounts are encrypted again inside the app with AES-256-GCM before they are stored.
• Database access policies keep each workspace's data separate from every other workspace.
• Access URLs for Connect your AI to Sera (MCP) are shown once. Sera stores only a hash, so nobody can read the URL back.

You control what publishes

‍

• Sera can ask before every post, or post on her own. You choose in onboarding and in Settings → Train Sera → Sera controls.
• Every auto mode asks you to type AUTO, and each channel needs a signed opt-in under Auto-publish consent. Only owners and admins can turn these on.
• Guardrails apply in every mode: a daily cap, a hold window, quiet hours, blocked topics, and channels that always need approval.
• In chat, Sera reads a post back to you and publishes or schedules it only after you say yes.
• Content from outside, such as web pages, documents or connected tools, can never trigger an action on its own.
• Drafts that come from GitHub or from your own AI assistant always wait for approval.

Export your data

‍

• Brain: open Brain and click Export brain as markdown.
• Workspace data: owners and admins can go to Settings → General → Engine controls and click Export my data (JSON).

Delete your data

‍

Delete individual drafts, assets and recordings at any time, or reset your workspace from Settings → Danger zone. To delete your account and all of its data, email morgan@dipity.digital. Deletion is completed within 30 days.

Google data

‍

If you connect Google, Sera uses your data only for the features you turn on. This follows Google's API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Text messages and calls

‍

Sera only texts you after you opt in. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. Calls with Sera are recorded so nothing you say gets lost. Your number is never shared for marketing.

Your rights

‍

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Sera is not directed at anyone under 16. For privacy questions, email morgan@dipity.digital.
