Getting Started_

The Library

Overview

The Library is the single home for every asset in your workspace. Anything Sera generates and anything you upload lands here, organized so you can find it months later and attach it to whatever you are drafting. No folders to maintain, no hunting through downloads.

What lives in the Library

  • Generated images from the Studio
  • Videos and short-form clips
  • Files you upload
  • Interview recordings
  • Brand assets — logos and other brand kit material

Finding things

The Library is organized with sub-tabs by asset type, and it is built for volume: server-side pagination and search keep it fast whether you have forty assets or four thousand. Search by name to jump straight to what you need instead of scrolling.

Using assets in drafts

Anything in the Library can be attached to a draft. A clip from last month's interview, a Studio infographic, an uploaded photo — pull it into a post and it ships when the draft is approved. Because everything is in one place, drafting starts from a full shelf rather than an empty folder.

How assets get here

  1. Generate media in the Studio — it is saved to the Library automatically.
  2. Upload files directly, including through the Google Drive picker.
  3. Record interviews — recordings are kept alongside everything else.

You never have to file anything by hand. The Library collects it all, and everything in it is yours — covered by the same ownership and privacy commitments as your knowledge base.
