Overview

The Library holds everything Sera has made and everything you have given her. Click Library in the left rail, under Manage. It has four tabs: Assets, Recordings, Documents and Knowledge.

Assets

‍

Images, video and audio for your posts: uploads, Gen Studio and Video Studio outputs, clips, and files you send Sera by text, chat or email.

• Upload assets, or drag images and video onto the page. Uploads keep going if you leave the page.
• Search by tag, alt text or filename. Sera tags everything for search.
• Filter by kind, source and usage (Used in posts or Unused).
• Sort by Newest first or Top performing.
• Open an asset to preview it or use it in a draft.

Audio you upload is transcribed. Documents you upload here go to your Brain.

Recordings

‍

Every interview answer, call, meeting and take. Record or upload, clean up, make shorts, or let Sera mine a recording for content. Sera Notetaker and your meeting imports live here too. See Recordings.

Documents

‍

Your company resources: decks, one-pagers, research and other files Sera should know.

1. Upload files, or import them with the Google Drive or Dropbox pickers. Sera only sees the files you pick.
2. Sera reads each document and adds what she learns to your Brain.
3. Proposals from Sera's weekly dream cycle also land here for you to review.

To upload many files at once, use Settings → Train Sera. It accepts folders and .zip archives.

Use Library media in a post

‍

1. Open a draft in Content.
2. Attach media and pick from your Library.
3. Approve the post. The media publishes with it.

Good to know

‍

• Images and video you text to Sera land in Assets. Videos are transcribed.
• Links and documents you text to Sera go to your Brain.
