Sera is your executive assistant, built by Dipity. She interviews you, builds a Brain your company owns, and drafts and publishes content in your voice for LinkedIn, X and your blog. This guide covers creating your workspace, the free trial and picking your plan.

Before you start

‍

• A work email address, or a Google account.
• A payment card. The free trial needs one, but nothing is charged today.
• Optional: your mobile number, so Sera can text or call you later.

Create your account

‍

1. Go to sera.dipity.studio/signup.
2. Enter your full name, email and a password of at least 8 characters, then confirm it.
3. Check the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Sign Up and Google buttons stay disabled until you do.
4. Click Sign Up, or continue with Google.
5. Pick your plan size and finish checkout on Stripe's secure payment page. You then land in onboarding. See Initial Setup.

Your free trial

‍

• The trial lasts 7 days. A card is required, and nothing is charged today.
• You get 100 trial credits plus a 100-credit bonus, so you start with 200 credits.
• Every feature is included during the trial.
• Each workspace gets one trial, ever.
• On day 7 your plan starts and your first month of credits arrives. Leftover trial credits do not carry over.
• Cancel before day 7 from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription and you are not charged.
• Want to start right away? Open Settings → Billing and end your trial early. Your plan and credits start that day.

Choose your plan

‍

There is one Sera plan. You choose how many credits it includes each month. One credit is worth $0.25, and larger plans include bonus credits.

• $50 a month: 200 credits (Solo).
• $75 a month: 300 credits.
• $100 a month: 400 credits (Most popular, the default).
• $200 a month: 800 credits (Power user).
• $300 a month: 1,250 credits (Small team).
• $500 a month: 2,100 credits.
• $750 a month: 3,200 credits.
• $1,000 a month: 4,400 credits (Scale up).
• $2,000 a month: 9,000 credits.
• $3,000 a month: 14,000 credits (Mid-market).
• Enterprise: custom volume and invoiced billing. Click Contact sales.

Every size includes every feature and unlimited seats on one shared credit pool. You can change your size later in Settings → Billing.

Good to know

‍

• Chat, interviews, voice and the Newsroom are free within fair use.
• Credits are used when you approve a draft and when Sera makes media. See Billing & Credits for the full list.
• Unused plan credits roll over for one billing cycle.
