Playbooks are how Sera learns your company, your voice, your audience and your point of view. Each one is a short conversation with Sera. Everything you say lands in your Brain and sharpens what she writes. Click Playbooks in the left rail, under Manage.

The ten Playbooks

‍

Start with Company basics. Voice opens after it, and the rest open after Voice.

1. Company basics (3 to 5 minutes): accurate company facts in every draft.
2. Voice (25 to 30 minutes): posts that sound like you. This is the most important one.
3. ICP (30 to 40 minutes): who you are talking to and what hurts.
4. Positioning (15 minutes): the 3 to 5 pillars you own.
5. Competitors (10 minutes): the takes nobody else posts.
6. Search terms (10 minutes): blogs built to get cited by AI search.
7. Social profiles (10 minutes): headline, About and banner rewrites.
8. Authority (5 minutes): a content mix weighted to your goal.
9. Visual brand (3 minutes, optional): on-brand images and carousels.
10. 90-day roadmap (3 minutes): your week-by-week plan.

Sera asks who you are first. Your persona adds sections of its own.

Ways to answer

‍

Pick whatever fits your day. Progress carries across every format.

• Chat: type, or use the mic.
• Answer on camera: a live video conversation in your browser.
• Have Sera text or call you: verify your number, then Sera sends the first question or calls you.
• Book a call: a Google Meet that Sera joins. Needs Google Calendar connected.

Choose your persona

‍

Sera asks different questions depending on who you are. Change your persona in Settings → General → Your persona. Changing it only affects future questions.

Run a campaign

‍

Campaigns are themed question sets for your weekly interviews. One can be active at a time.

1. In Playbooks, find Campaigns.
2. Pick one. Your next interviews follow its theme.
3. Pick it again to turn it off.

The ten campaigns are Say the Quiet Part, In the Trenches, On the Record, Customer Stories, Get Testimonials, Personal Stories, The Influencer, Boardroom Diaries, The Raise and Bootstrapped.

Starting over

‍

To redo everything from scratch, go to Settings → Danger zone → Reset to Discovery and type RESET. This clears Sera's Brain. Your posts are not touched.
