Newsroom

Overview

Being early with a sharp take is one of the highest-return moves in executive content — and the hardest to do manually, because it means watching the news all day. The Newsroom is a self-refreshing feed of stories from your industry, scanned in the background, so you can sound current without monitoring anything.

Authoritative sources only

The feed is gated to authoritative sources. Newsroom exists to make you credibly current, so content-farm noise and unverified aggregators do not make the cut. When a story appears in your feed, it is worth reacting to.

From story to expert commentary

A news feed alone is just another distraction. What makes the Newsroom useful is the pairing: Sera pairs breaking stories with your positioning, so what you see is not just “this happened” but “this happened, and here is where you have standing to comment.” From there:

  1. Scan the feed for stories where you have a real angle.
  2. Have Sera draft commentary grounded in your knowledge base.
  3. Review, edit, and approve — timely commentary in your voice, published while the story is still live.

Commentary drafts are text, so they are unlimited on every plan.

Free and in the background

Newsroom scanning is free — it never spends media credits — and it runs in the background. The feed is fresh whenever you open it, and there is nothing to configure, schedule, or refill.
