Overview

‍

Testimonials lets Sera interview your customers, partners and employees on camera, without you scheduling a thing. You send a link. They record their answers. Sera turns the footage into supercuts and posts. Open Video Studio → Interviews & supercuts, or Content → Testimonials.

‍

‍

Create an interview link

‍

  1. Create a new interview and pick a starting point: Customer testimonial, Employee story or Custom interview.
  2. Edit the questions. Sera reads each one aloud in her voice, so it feels like a real interview.
  3. Give the link a title. Only you see it.
  4. Choose whether the link requires marketing consent from each guest.
  5. Copy the shareable link, or use Invite by email.

‍

What your guest sees

‍

Your guest opens the link in their browser, allows their camera and microphone, and answers each question on camera. They do not need an account or a download.

‍

‍

Manage a link

‍

  • Pause the link to stop new answers for a while.
  • Close the link when you are done. Guests can no longer record.
  • Every answer is saved with a transcript, and shows whether the guest consented to marketing use.

‍

‍

Make a supercut

‍

Sera stitches the strongest answers into a highlight reel.

  • Full supercut: every question, every eligible guest.
  • One question, everyone: a vertical (9:16) reel of every consented answer to one question.

A supercut needs at least 2 completed answers from guests who consented to marketing use. Guests who did not consent are left out by default.

‍

‍

Turn an answer into a post

‍

Open an answer and click Generate a post. Pick a channel. Sera drafts a post from what your guest said, and the draft goes to your Pipeline for review.

‍

‍

Tips

‍

  • Keep it to three to five questions for the best completion rate.
  • Start the Get Testimonials campaign in Playbooks, and Sera helps you find the customers who would rave about you.
  • Clean up any answer, or cut it into clips, in Video Studio.
