Getting Started_

Content Pipeline & Publishing

Overview

‍

Content is where drafts become published posts. Click Content in the left rail. It has four tabs: Pipeline, Calendar, Testimonials and Inspiration. Filter by channel: All, LinkedIn, X, Blog or Podcasts. Switch between Table, Kanban and Calendar views.

‍

‍

Create drafts

‍

  • Batch Post: one click writes a full set of drafts from your latest interview. The mix is set in Settings → General → Batch composition.
  • New Post: pick a channel and draft one post.
  • Sera also drafts a weekly batch on her own, based on the cadence you chose.
  • You can ask for a draft in chat, from a Newsroom story, or from Inspiration.

How every draft is checked

‍

Every draft passes through the Voice Gate before you see it:

  1. Sera starts from your voice profile.
  2. She writes the draft.
  3. She scans it: em dashes and banned words are fixed, and filler is flagged.
  4. She verifies it: numbers need a source, and pricing is never quoted.
  5. She saves a Sera check receipt with the post.

If a fact is missing, the draft shows [NEEDS INPUT: ...] so you can fill it in.

‍

Review and approve

‍

  1. Open a draft. Edit it in place and check the LinkedIn or X preview. Blogs open in a rich text editor.
  2. Check the Voice match score. It rates the draft on 8 style axes from 0 to 100. Green is 85 and up, amber is 70 to 84, and red is under 70. Drafts under 20 words are not scored.
  3. Ask Sera to revise, or resolve any needs-input items.
  4. Approve or reject it. You can also schedule, favorite or attach media.
  5. Select several drafts to bulk schedule them.

‍

Blog posts

‍

Blogs run 1,750 to 2,500 words. Each has at least 2 lists, 1 table, a framework section with a spot for an infographic, and at least 8 outside sources.

‍

‍

Publishing

‍

  • X: posts and threads publish natively as you.
  • LinkedIn: posts publish to your personal profile.
  • Webflow: Publish creates a draft in your Webflow CMS. Choose Publish live from the menu to skip the Webflow draft.
  • WordPress: publishes to your site when connected.
  • Typefully: optional, if you prefer to send posts through it.

Approved posts fill your posting schedule, or you can pick a time yourself.

‍

‍

Approval modes

‍

In Ask me first mode, nothing publishes until you approve it. In the auto modes, Sera posts drafts that pass the Voice Gate and your guardrails. See Settings and Sera Control Center.

Good to know

‍

  • Drafting is free, up to 20 drafts a day.
  • A draft is charged when you approve it: 1.5 credits for an X or LinkedIn post, 3 for an X thread and 25 for a blog.
