Initial setup takes you from an empty workspace to your first approved drafts in four steps. None of it requires technical work, there is nothing to install, and you do not need a card to explore a trial workspace. Your first interview takes nine minutes.
Discovery is a nine-section guided conversation where Sera learns your positioning, audience, content pillars, voice, and brand. You choose the format for each session: chat, voice, or webcam. Sera asks natural follow-up questions, and everything you tell her lands in your knowledge base.
An optional section captures your brand kit — fonts, colors, and logos — which the Studio later applies across generated images, infographics, and video. Discovery is also tailored to what kind of executive you are; see Discovery Playbooks for how that works.

Connections use OAuth and can be revoked at any time. You can add more sources later — email forwarding, Fathom meeting recordings, Google Drive, and others are covered in the Integrations guide.
Sera's core loop is a roughly nine-minute interview each week, in whichever format you prefer: text, phone call, or webcam. Every answer becomes source material — Sera turns what you say into drafts written in your voice, grounded in your knowledge base rather than generic filler.
After your interview, Sera drafts content for your connected channels. Open the Queue to review:
Nothing publishes without your approval until you explicitly enable autonomy in the Control Center. That is the default on every plan, and it stays that way until you change it.
