Right after checkout, Sera walks you through a short welcome flow. In about ten minutes she researches your company, drafts your first week, learns your voice and asks how you want posts to go out. You can skip a step and come back to it later.

The welcome flow

The flow has seven steps: Links, Meet Sera, Setup, First win, Voice, Playbooks and Go live.

1. Links: enter your company name, website and LinkedIn. Sera starts researching as soon as you click Start. She reads your site and profile and finds your competitors.
2. Meet Sera: check what she found. Confirm it is you, and review the competitors she picked.
3. Setup: verify your phone and opt in to texts. Connect Google (Calendar, Drive and Gmail) and Slack if you use them. Pick your channels (LinkedIn, X, Blog) and a cadence: 3 a week, 5 a week or Daily.
4. First win: Sera drafts your first week live while you watch.
5. Voice: play the pick-one game. Sera shows two versions of a line and you pick the one that sounds more like you.
6. Playbooks: pick the Playbooks you want to start with.
7. Go live: choose how Sera posts.

Choose how Sera posts

‍

• Ask me first: every post waits until you approve it.
• Quiet approval: posts go out 24 hours after drafting unless you pass on them.
• Autopilot: Sera posts on schedule without asking.

Both auto modes ask you to type AUTO to confirm. You can switch back at any time from Settings → Train Sera → Sera controls.

After the welcome flow

1. Review your drafts. Open Content in the left rail. The Pipeline shows every draft waiting for you. See Content Pipeline & Publishing.
2. Connect your channels. Open Integrations in the left rail and connect X, LinkedIn and your blog (Webflow or WordPress). You can review and approve drafts before connecting anything.
3. Teach Sera more. Open Playbooks and work through the sections, starting with Company basics and Voice. See Discovery Playbooks.
4. Set your rhythm. Choose your interview cadence and quiet hours in Settings → Train Sera. See Settings.

Find your way around

‍

The left rail has three groups:

• Home (Sera's desk and chat) and Newsroom.
• Create: Content, Gen Studio, Video Studio and Brand.
• Manage: Playbooks, Brain, Library, Insights and Integrations.

Settings is in the name menu at the bottom of the rail. Press Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K on a Mac) to search and jump anywhere, and Ctrl+J (Cmd+J) to open the Sera side chat.
